"Heidi Bintz did a great job selling our house at 2524 Colorow Road in Squaw Creek in Edwards. Our house was not an easy one to sell since it is up 2.5 miles of switchbacks at 8600 feet. The house had been on the market two years with another realtor and we got a contract on the house 6 months after she signed on with us. Heidi is extremely professional and organized and highly energetic. She worked hard to build a brochure and website with good pictures, held several open houses and maximized the advertising and marketing opportunities available. She personally attended every open house and showing. A lot of realtors say they will be there for all the showings but when a conflict comes up, they are not there. Heidi rearranged her schedule to be there at all the showings. The final contract came through Labor Day weekend, when many realtors are out of town, but she was there at the house almost the whole weekend talking with clients and offering wine and crackers. The focus, energy and commitment she brought to the sale effort were what set her apart from so many other realtors. Heidi is a long time resident of the valley, and avid skier and horsewoman knows the valley well. She has many connections within the valley community. She is also a very nice person to work with and responds to emails, texts and phone calls within 24 hours. We were very happy with the work she did for us and would recommend her highly to others."
